I think I broke my friend the other day

We were out shopping and she got out of her car, turned to say something to me, but it looked like she was about to trip, so I made to catch her and she (jokingly) yelled at me, “I’m not going to fall! Gosh! I’m not that much of a damsel in distress!” So I yelled back “Well I’m sorry! I thought you were going to fall and I was just trying to do what John couldn’t!”

We both stared at each other for a minute, when suddenly I could feel like this cloud of darkness looming over us, then my friend stared at me like this

and then started to cry.

The conversation that followed lead to her mother rolling her eyes and walking away, leaving us to run after her.

Friend: WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT - THAT WASN’T EVEN FUNNY THAT WAS-

Me: I’M SORRY! IT MADE ME HURT TOO!

Friend: THAT’S NOT SOMETHING YOU JUST JOKE ABOUT!!!

Me: I’M SORRY!!!

We both proceeded to break down into fangirl sobs and basically wanted to stand there in the street and just cry about our friggin fandom

Btw it took her like an hour to calm down. Hence the title of this post

Yes…I cosplayed Charlie Chaplin…so sue me. XD I actually went to school like this, except I went as a fem!Chaplin and just added the little mustache once I took these pics! :) I look ridiculous and totally weird, but hey! I had a blast dressing like him! Funny enough, I didn’t have to go out and buy anything especially for this cosplay…I already had everything! XDXD The one thing I was ticked about, was I couldn’t find my bloody bow tie! I didn’t even have a regular necktie! Grrr…
